APPOINTMENTS

We are appointment based, and highly recommend calling into the shop, or booking through our online portal to best accommodate you.

By booking your appointment with Blush Nail Spa, you are acknowledging our Spa Policies.

We have the right to refuse service.
-
We accept walk-ins based on our availability, but we do not prioritize them and encourage you to book in through the mentioned channels.

GROUP BOOKINGS
-
Appointments for 3+ guests require a group deposit upon booking that can go towards your services.
-
$100 deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE if less than 48 hours notice of cancellation.

In order to reserve your group booking of 3+ guests, Blush Nail Spa requires a non-refundable $100 deposit. This can be paid in person or over the phone. The deposit can be used towards the cost of your service, and any leftover funds will be applied as a credit to your account.

An acknowledgement of our Cancellation policy is also required to confirm the reservation.

We require 24 hours notice of any changes to the reservation.

A $25 cancellation fee per client will be charged to your account in the event of a No-Show or last minute cancellation.

ARRIVAL
Please arrive no more than 5 - 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment so we can set up for your service. This will give you more time to pick out your polish colour as well.
We kindly ask our guests to be respectful and aware of our other scent-sitive clients, so please do not wear heavily scented products to our salon!

LATE ARRIVAL / NO SHOW

If you are 15 minutes late without a call that is considered a 'no show' on file.

We will try our best to accommodate you (shorten service length/change your service) or your appointment will have to be rescheduled to accommodate our next guests.

When an appointment is booked, this time slot has been specifically reserved for the client. Therefore, other appointment requests for the same time slots are turned away. In the event that clients fail to arrive for their scheduled appointment or cancels with minimal notice, the system will automatically block these clients from future bookings unless a deposit of $25 is provided upon the next booking request.

In respect for other clients who have booked in advance, clients are expected to arrive in a timely manner to avoid cancellation fees and forfeiting their appointment to clients on our waiting list.

CANCELLATIONS

If you are rescheduling your appointment you will not be charged.

​All No-Show appointments will be charged 50% of the service value in your next appointment.

If you show more than 2 No-Shows on file, you will be asked to leave a deposit of $25 to reserve your appointment.

We kindly ask you to call into the store (778-265-7089) to cancel your appointment or to reschedule.

CELLPHONES
Please kindly turn your phone to silent, but if you really need to take a call we ask if you could please speak quietly out of respect to our other guests.

PAYMENT
We accept Visa, Debit, Mastercard, & Cash. No AMEX.
5% discount is applied when paying with cash.
Gratuity - Cash gratuity is always greatly appreciated, please tip based on your session.

REFUNDS & PRICING
We do not offer refunds, exchanges or credits for salon services, gift certificates or retail products. All sales are final. Blush Nail Spa Inc. reserves the right to change pricing for services and products without notice.
BROKEN/CHIPPED NAILS
Our clients will be charged for a broken/chipped nail fix ($6) if it has been more than 12 days from the time of your appointment to the day that you booked it, under 12 it will be on us.
